I absolutely love Ted's . It's kind of like comfort food your Grandma would make taken up a few notches. You also can't leave without trying one of their fantastic milk shakes (bonus points to ask them to blend a donut in there with it) and one of their homemade pop tarts. In the summer time you can't beat getting them to make a pop tart iced cream sandwich. This place rocks and their specials are always solid so I will keep on going back as long as I live around here.
waitress seemed very confident - - but kept forgetting the small things that some of our diners specifically asked for. it was lunch on a Monday so not very busy. need to pay attention to the customer! like the concept and shake was yummy.
My husband and I were looking for somewhere special to have an early Valentine's Day meal (he works on the 14th). We wanted somewhere with great food, yet had something that made it different than just a simple burger and fries. We lucked into a reservation and had a mouth watering, flavorful, and filling meal. Our dessert, the Blueberry Cheesecake Poptart, seemed like it was fresh out of the oven. There is nothing ordinary about Ted's - it is a meal experience and a signature dining locations mixed into one.
This was my first time to Ted's Bulletin at this location. There was plenty of room that afternoon (reservation at 4 p.m.), and it was not as crowded as I had initially expected (perhaps word still needs to get out)! In my party of four, it was one of my friend's birthday. Sneaking away from the table I collaborated with the helpful gentleman behind the bakery counter. He created a "donut tower" (four different donuts stacked together), and it was later presented to my friend with a birthday candle on top. It was glorious! I... read more
I highly recommend the homemade bacon & peanut butter pop tarts. Out of curiosity two of us decided to try. ' And, it did not disappoint!
We had breakfast at Ted's, and it was delicious. My 10-grain cereal was really flavorful, and my husband's biscuits fluffy and good. Service was good, too, enabling us to talk with a friend without constant intrusion. We will be back!
Got the Frenchie burger and was cooked perfectly. Had the banana's foster adult milkshake, SO GOOD.
I had an all American meal of the southwestern burger and fries, with an Oreo shake. The burger was really really good! The fries were over-salted, but otherwise tasty. Service, however, was very slow and not really friendly, just straightforward/direct. I was surprised at how long service took because we had an early (pre 6 PM) reservation. We were constantly waiting for our server...for drinks, for our order, for the check, etc.
Bust atmosphere- I've had better service there before. Food was good- not great. Fried chicken - delicious. And a stop at the bakery counter for a delicious millionaire's bar is a must.
