We decided on a Friday to speak with Julie about land, she sent us a lot of information quickly that Friday. We explored options, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Put a contract on land Sunday. Closed 2 weeks later, such a smooth process. Julie was so knowledgeable of the area, availability, and various options for us to consider. Not only was she very professional the title company the team uses was awesome to work with as well. Thanks to the Team!

We’ve used Lacy on 2 of our land/home deals with great finishes. We had a home in disrepair and not only were we able to sell it we made a little money off of it. She helped us get some of the necessary repairs done. She worked day and night to get the deal done. We used her in buying some land and used her experience on this too. We will always use her on our house a land land deals.
