Julie listed our home in October 2020. She came over explained the process in detail and starting helping us to stage the home After a good staging Julie hired a professional photograher who took incredible pictures of the home and property. We had lots of showings and a contract with 3 weeks. The prices was great but unfortunately, the buyer's credit was overstated by the proceesor and the underwriter changed the deal for the buyers.
