Temp Kia is excellent for customer service....we have had two Kia Souls from them and always take it there for service. They go out of their way to give the best service!
I decided to buy a new car at Tempe Kia for two reasons. One: The Summer Deal=5 months no payment, and 0% APR, and because of Doug Notter in sales. I had a concern but Doug went out of his way to get me answers. Thanks Doug!
Doug on Internet sales and Will in finance are phenomenal! I have never bought a new car before and they walked me through the process, explaining every step of the way. I bought a new Kia Soul and I am so glad I went to Tempe from Peoria, because the customer service was worth the drive alone!

Absolutely grrreat customer service!! I found a couple flaws on my new 2015 Kia Soul so i took it in and showed them, they wrote a work order and are fixing the problems right away!! I highly recommend Tempe Kia!!
DO NOT waste your time or money here! They are absolute garbage! I just got a brand new 2025 Kia K4 and my tire popped after less than a month. They literally to my face said it isn't covered after the awful Finance guy Steve told me everything is covered. Not to mention we were rushed when buying the car, we waited an hour in the finance department just to be rushed out because he has another deal waiting. I was pissed after buying this car. Its been nothing but one bad experience after another.

Beware of Tempe Kia – Unsafe Vehicle and Poor Service I purchased a used 2011 Toyota Highlander from Tempe Kia in August, trusting their promise that the car was safe for me and my family. Soon after, the vehicle shut down in traffic with my children inside, and I discovered serious fuel system issues. They constantly call, email, and text you until you buy the vehicle and there's issues and then it's crickets. Trying for days to get someone in finance to call me back. Trying to schedule maintenance for a broken piece on the new car, app is down. Had the car for two weeks, apps been down twice.
