I did not believe that I would qualify for a home loan but family suggested i should try before I gave up on the idea entirely. Teresa, was recommended to me and I gave her a call. Teresa goes above and beyond! My husband and I weren't able to get all our paperwork together for a loan bc our son was in the hospital and Teresa drove to the hospital and brought us the paperwork to help us out!!! She makes everything go smoothly and that's why I have used her both times I have purchased a home.

Teresa makes the often stressful loan application process an almost enjoyable one. She diagrams a course of action, including her duties she promises to fulfill along with her expectations of our duties as well.She was always available when we called with questions and quite pleasant too.
