Working with Teresa Giannini was the best part of buying a two-flat recently. I had offers accepted on 5 houses in 5 months. Four offers fell apart due to listing agent complications. I'm a real estate agent and have been working with Teresa for over 3 years and highly recommend her services. If you are looking for someone to "get the job done" then Teresa is your girl. She did what other lenders could not do. We were working with another lender previous to Teresa who could not get the loan approved (After 4 months). She got the file, put my client in the right program and was able to get this deal to close within 30 days. I will be referring all of my business her way ~
