As a first time homebuyer, the process seems pretty daunting. Teresa explained things in a way that was as easy as possible to understand. I felt that she was easily reachable if I had a question or wanted to check in on something. She stayed on top of reminding us what needed to be done and where we were in the process. Most of all, I felt she was genuinely happy and excited for us to find and purchase our home, and that means a lot!

The way Churchill Mortgage has the applicatioin process set up makes it so easy! When I started, otther lenders pushed me to "pick a plan" without explaining the different plans. Not Terea Loatt and Her team!
