Terre Haute Nice new casino hotel. Couldn't regulate air conditioning. Maintenance did comr twice to try and fix it.

Weekend getaway The room was very comfortable and cozy. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and very very helpful

Beds were awful, put us in a handicap room by the elevators. All we heard were loud patrons going up and down the hallway all night. I am assuming heading back and fourth to the casino. The rooms had no way to keep the fans on constant to drown out the noise. Had tiny black spiders on one bed at 2am. All in all would have stayed at the holiday inn down the road aways if we would have known how bad it was going to be.
The room was big and decorated nicely. The desk staff were helpful and polite, but the cleaning crew didn’t meet standards. One stood in front of the elevator as I tried to exit it, stared at me, unmoving, and then remained blocking my way off the elevator until I finally said, “Excuse me.” It made me nervous. Also, the bathroom in my room wasn’t clean. There was toothpaste spit in the sink and the whole floor was sticky. Hotel was great but the casino was not! It was my first and last stay. I was sitting at a 3 card poker table playing not speaking to anyone just playing and minding my ow business. A manager approached me and told me I was being removed from the casino because food and drink staff said I have to go. I was given no explanation whatsoever. No reasoning at all.
