Key doesn't work and no help! Very nice room - but check-in was a nightmare. The key did not scan - so we pulled our suitcase back down to the front desk - they swiped the key again, acted like we were cray and didn't know how to operate the room key and sent us back up to try again. The key did not work. We pulled our suitcase down to the lobby again. The gentleman at the desk acted like we weren't doing something correct and swiped the key again and handed it to me. The rooms were nice and the corner suites were amazing! However, I do not like the $10 daily resort fee. You dont get preferred parking, so you park with everyone else and it's packed, so we were stuck way out everyday. The wifi is not secured, so we asked why the charge? We were told so we can have access to the gym and pool. The pool is not open and those things are included with EVERY HOTEL!!!

As posted on our website and relayed at the Welcome Desk the pool opens the beginning of July. We do hope that you will give us another opportunity for us to provide you with an exceptional stay.
It is a lovely new hotel but there are a number of kinks to work out: 1. The mattress is the most uncomfortable that I have ever (not) slept on 2. the pillows were so smushy that it felt like a squishmallow 3. the airconditioner is so loud that it awakens you throughout the night everytime it goes on/off. I do think we were the first people to stay in the room so I hope that these issues can be remedied.

Obviously still under construction. High limit room is very small. Payouts are very disappointing
