They show great cuts in the cooler, but! I ordered a NY Strip, covered with sautéed onions and cheese. Got mostly, half at least, fat and gristle. It sucked! Staff just laughed it off. If you order one “smothered and covered”, uncover it before you start to cut it. Simple, tourist trap mentality, selling the scrap meat. extremely long wait for food, medium steak was well done and burnt, ran out of appetizers, just overall bad!!!
Our waitress named Amber did not give very good service, it took her over 20 minutes to come back to our table . I finally wave my hand and think I get her attention and she just walks over and grabs empty plates and leaves . Does not ask how our food was or if we need anything else . Long wait! Printer broke and our food order never went into kitchen. Soda machine was not working properly. Couldn’t refill drinks Waiting on clean glasses .Manager finally came over to table.
