This place made me mad. I told two different employees that it was mom's birthday but they didn't do anything about it. Though, not long after we showed up, they did their birthday chant for another patron. That's BS. Apparently my mother's birthday isn't as important as that other patron's.
The waiter we had did a good job. The hostess however... She wanted to seat my wife and I near the front door. So I asked her if it would be okay if we sat a little further in, in the restaurant. That's when she looked at me like I was the biggest annoyance of her freakin miserable life. And I quote..." Okay, well then sir, just where is it you'd like to sit?" The food was good as usual, but the service there is always hit and miss.
Oh my gosh everything was delicious. Service was great. I can't wait to go back. Ribs slid right off the bone. Steak was cooked just right and was so very tender. If you are thinking of going you should.
Called for a table that we could sit 9 people and 2 kids at was told no problem when we got there we had to sit in 2 different booths when we called we were specific no booth we wanted a table we were told not a problem but that didn't happen last day in town we just wanted to sit together and enjoy each other company manager said that would never had happened so why when we called did the girl go check and tell us good to go well you got are money anyways and after all is that all you wanted last time never happen again

Salad was bad got me sick not happy I love their salad not yesterday
I was there actually Sat. Waitress was not around no water stake was burn. Hard . Wood I go back . No.
Our waitress was Abby, she forgot to check on us after we ordered. Asked the manager for something we didn't get & he too never came back! Flagged our waitress down finally. She was not the bubbly out going staff that they usually hire. My ribeye was tough & couldn't chew it. But since Abby never checked back until she left the bill, I took it to my lab. I was not impressed.
