Me and my husband came here to have a romantic dinner. The waiter brought me a paper cup because she said they ran out of glass cups. She said that she had another table to get to so she asked if she could come back. Finally the waiter took our order. Went there for lunch today. We were seated and handed a basket of bread, without any plates. We were also handed 2 silverware for a party of 3. Waitress came to us about 5 minutes later and gave us our plates, took our drink order and extra silverware. Waitress was nice. After a while the food runner approached our table. My only choice for steak! Wouldn't dream of wasting my money anywhere else.
I should have seen the disaster coming , two separate computers to check in a guest and the meat case smelled of old dried blood . So it was disorganized and a question of cleaning . The young man whose only job is to sit guests with their yeast rolls did not seem to feel bread plates should be provided . The spread provided was margarine with cinnamon and not to my tastes , the greasy margarine without cinnamon was greasey . I ordered BBQ chicken breast , mashed potatoes and green beans . The food runner spilled the drink on my wife. We ordered two steaks cooked the same. One was good the other one overcooked dry as a bone. Nobody from management approach us to apologize for the spill. We visit this restaurant almost every Sunday after Church. Maybe we need to try Longhorn or Outback.
Took 27 minutes to bring out a kids grilled cheese (the rest of our food came out later). When given our check, she said I'll take this whenever you're ready. I had my credit card in my hand and she walked away for 3 minutes. I was ready to just hand her my card but she never even gave me the opportunity; we wanted out of there already! Never been there
Don't waste your time or your money. Fried pickles, over-cooked. Caesar salad, very little dressing and tasteless. Beef tips, ordered well, cooked medium (mind you they cut this up before bringing it to the table). The waitress was a peach. She was their saving grace!
