Waiting too long. Worst service. Reception have a lot of girls but nobody help
Worst experience ever... Complete waste of $$$ and time
We waited 20min longer than their estimated time even tough we used call,ahead seating. They served us rolls and butter, but our table of 7 had only 1 set of silverware to share between us. When they brought us our appetizers and still no silverware, we were told they didn't have any available yet and we should use our fingers. The worest the only thing I can say is that our wait staff Jasmine was the best the moment we walk through the door leading up to the day we were so excited 10 of us we did call ahead seating like I told to do they never explained anything that the fact that we would have to wait 2 hours to get our seat and they called us and then they said oh sorry you've been sitting at the bar for 2 hours and now you have to wait another hour and a half because we gave your table away put your whole table of 10 like we did 2 weeks ago at ... read more
We had a large party and so we did the call ahead seating. We arrived at 730, did not even get seated until 830. It as a Friday night so not too terrible but a little frustrating. When we finally did get seated the service was absolutely terrible, the servers were not bringing our drinks to us and just very dismissive, we had to go and get the manager. Never 1st put in a corner and forgotten about. Ceaser salad they claim they make there one dressings asked for some since salad came dry after 20 min I was brought ranch with a hint of honey wtf I know it's no waitress problem they make it in kitchen. So the wait is typical for a Children's night. Called ahead for 19 @ 6:00 Early arrival w/a less than 10 min wait. Didn't happen!! Told just 20 mins and we'll seat you. Wait!! It gets worse. Sat down at 6:45 �. Asked for the early bird. Are u kidding? Sorry but the computer won't allow it. What would you do?
Wait was long...waitress was wonderful...food was good...too noisy..could not hear table conversation...will not go back
