Always treated nice just a little pushy about doing additional maintenance. I listen and as extra money comes in I do what I can. There has only ever been one time that I did not use a Toyota dealership for my service and that was an oil change .

Change oil rotate tires. Took forever and tire pressure on front too low. Disappointed have been bringing my car to dealer since purchased in 2009. Not sure service is good as previously. Pay high prices should get job done correctly

The service Rep was fantastic and tried to get me the best price possible, however when I received the bill for a simple oil change, it was twice as much as I expected with no opportunity for a coupon etc. I will be shopping for a better deal next time I have to get my oil changed unfortunately. I am loyal but the price was shocking:-(
