Michael Highlen, Service Manager at Texas Toyota Grapevine turned around my experience. On 11/19/2021, I scheduled a 5,00 mile service. When I drove my car the next day, it had a strong smell of gas. My husband discovered that the oil cap was not properly placed back on. The oil splattered all over the hood and the engine. I spoke with Michael Highlen, he apologized for the mistake, took ownership and got the engine cleaned, and the interior and exterior detailed. Thank you Michael!

All ok. Didnt get waited on as fast as I felt I should have with an appointment. That is ok. Then got a call for an alignment that is really not needed. Then only A couple days later I get a call about tire rotation. What? Just was there. Also my biggest pet peeve with service is I get handed the keys and it is my job to go find my car in a parking lot. Then when I find it, it is my job to take the paper/floor covering out. I had an appointment for my service. It was an express oil change an d tire rotation. I was meet with the statement that they were running behind. I never thought I would be several hours. I don't think they even started for over an hour. I was very disappointed.

Toyota of Grapevine is the only place I've ever had my Prius serviced. I recently needed an oil change, so I scheduled an appointment and took my car in for service. Even though I had an appointment, they told me they were busy, and it took almost 2 hours just for a simple oil change. I'm not re-thinking driving all the way to Grapevine if I'm going to have to wait that long for something so simple.
