I have a Maintenance Protection Plan. I felt that I was not given the service that I expected with the MPP. When I arrived, there was a very long line of vehicles to check in for work. I got my car back in about an hour, with the inspection items all passing (that's never happened before). However, the oil change and tire rotation were put off for another 5000 miles.

It could have been better if the guy actually knew who he was talking to. The lady to checked me out knew more about the car than the service guy. He did not even go over with me what was done. Usually I give 5 stars but he did not put a good taste in my mouth. Not satisfied. I would have given the lady 5 stars but the guy only gets 3 stars from me.
