Vinnie was very friendly and amazingly helpful. He explained to me why the Zak-Tek treatment would not be able to be done on my car after this one time. It's a shame that whatever company provides Zak-Tek can't or won't honor it no matter where the car goes after it's purchased. I purchased my car at Seminole Toyota in Sanford, FL, and even though Toyota of Grapevine uses the Zak-Tek service, after this one treatment, I am no longer able to get the treatments done.
