If it wasnt for the sales manager Carl, I would have a very negative review and ONE star! Carl saved the day and made my experience a FIVE star, he did this all alone and I literally mean ALL ALONE. I was disappointed that I was preapproved through my bank at a 2.3% however, they would not honor the certification letter- ran it through their system (still with my bank). Other surrounding Toyota dealerships would have honored my banks 2.3% so next time i will go where that will be honored.

The people there are extremely nice. However because they were short handed (as most shops seem to be these days) the work took much longer than expected. This was for a normal 10,000 mile checkup. I believe what's happening is that most places still tell you what is usually the amount of time to get certain work done. They dont take into account being short handed.
