I did not have an appointment and needed to get my car inspected. They got me in and I think I waited about 30 minutes.

Robert Moran was as always great but was there for two and a half hours. You need to improve on your service time

I was greeted by my service advisor Syed Hossain and I explained what services I needed. He kept me informed of the work being done and test drove my car to determine what adjustments were needed for my brakes. Besides being courteous he made sure my car was fixed as I requested. Thank you Syed!

The service tech was helpful , friendly. The check in was right on the scheduled time, however the routine maintenance took almost 3 hours ,way over the estimated time, I was given no updates. The service department was busy, probably more work than they could handle. The tech did say sorry, it has been crazy day

Service was good, but I am disappointed with the handling cost estimation. The cost estimation mentioned before work was less than the cost mentioned in the bill. It was mainly that service advisor has reported low labor charges for from axle changes, that had gone up when reported in bill, even though he had given a 10% off during payment of bill. I did not have any paper trail or any other form of evidence for cost estimation. the cost estimation before and after work should match.
