Service advisor gave inaccurate information, then when I figured out the issue he didn't seem to want to know how to fix the issue for future customers.

I will have to say that this time the waiting time was more than the 2 hours expected to get my service done. All fluids were not topped off as I checked once I arrived home later that day. Other than that I expected for the I pay to get done, gets done.
