Excellent service from Sabrina and Alphonso! There was a shortage of parts from Toyota corporate , but the service advisor kept me updated on the progress and process throughout. Its advisors like Sabrina that keep you coming back. She deserves a raise and solid recognition for her efforts. The Technician Alphonso was super helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I understood what all he was doing. This was a refreshing service experience.

This was a pre-sale service by the dealer. I purchased the vehicle from this dealer a couple of weeks later. The leaky tire was not disclosed on sale, probably because they believed it was fixed. The car is still reporting the tire is leaking. I trust this dealer to make it right so I will call to arrange service.

Had to make two appointment for spark plug change... first appointment they realize that they lack the parts... after a week ... they called that the parts are available....
