I love Robert. Have used him for years on all of our Toyota's and now my 2 Lexus I have owned. I told Robert from now on I will have them put the meter on my battery to check it each time because the next day my battery failed and I had to have AAA come give me a new battery.

Everything was great except the length of time I was at the dealership. The only issue that comes up every time is that for some reason there is no record of services between 2018-2021 while I was getting serviced at Texas Toyota of Lewisville. The other services I had at Lewisville from 2016-2017 shows, but after that nothing. When I found this out, I made a list of all the major jobs I had down with the sequoia so when I am questioned about it, I can say it was already done.
