The service was excellent. The estimate was accurate and on point and I was kept informed during the repair. I guess I hadn't realized how much pep the Camry had lost over the years. This repair has changed all that. It's running like new and it's fun to drive again.

I selected to wait in the lobby for a) maintenance service and b) safety recall inspection. I was disappointed to learn that the wait time could be 2-3 hours! In the future, you should share your rough estimate of this time. I made the erroneous assumption that an "inspection" would not take too long. Had I known the estimated time for this, I would have made other plans to drop off the car. But it was too late, so I waited it out. I didn't even bring a book. Sayed was cordial and did a good job. No other issues.
