I have been on a search for a new vehicle for some time now. This was my first visit to a Toyota dealer. Once there, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic young lady. I have been buying cars for 15 years, and this was hands down the best experience I ever had. I was greeted by a handsome young man, Luke, who was nicknamed "Sunshine" after his resemblance to the Remember the Titans character. He was incredibly courteous, offering me and my daughter water and attending to all our needs. He even used an umbrella to walk us to our car to keep the heat off of us! He was very knowledgeable, and made the car buying process very hassle-free! I have never been more impressed!
My mom & I were promptly greeted as we got out of the car by this very respectful young lady. The entire time she talked to us rather than just leaving us wondering if she would be back or not. There aren't enough words to express how happy I am with my purchase. Gianni and Fernando were helpful from the minute my father and I arrived at the dealership. When it came down to numbers there was no pressure, and I actually got a better deal than I hoped for. The only surprises were positive and the deal could not have been better. We went to Toyota of Grapevine after quite a bit of time spent researching what kind of car made sense to buy for our daughter. Since she was personally contributing 1/3 of the price from her own money, it was important that everyone was happy with the final decision.
