As always at Grapevine Toyota, service was excellent. Would be a five but they were more busy than I have ever seen so it took much longer than normal.

I could hardly believe how unappreciative this dealership has become . I bought my car there in 2020 and have been servicing it there since ., I did my inspection renewal there in late September, and was told I needed new windshield wipers . They were fine until they replaced them . I took it back and , if it wasn't for Mr. Fraga , I eitlve had to wait a while to get it checked .
