Service was good people were nice, but ended up taking 3 hours for a tire rotation and sticker change while being told it was only gonna take 1 hour

Service advisor was great, very informative and very knowledgeable. Time I had to wait was a little long but ok, they were very busy. Would be nice if Toyota of Grapevine would think about putting a small type restaurant out there. People get sick of pop corn.
