The service advisor that worked with me was very thorough and checked all the years that I have been going to Toyota on the services I had two done since 2016. Unfortunately, Lone Start of Toyota does not share any info from the time we started in 2016 to 2021 to any other of the other Toyota dealerships. This made it look like we needed certain jobs done to keep the car running properly. Luckily I brought with me my services up to 2016 and able to let me service advisor know.
