I recently had a disappointing experience at Texas Toyota of Grapevine while considering a pre-owned Tesla Model Y. Despite an initially thorough presentation by salesman Nasser, who detailed minor flaws via a grainy video, a significant issue—a cracked headlight filled with water—was conspicuously omitted. STAY AWAY. If I could give zero stars then I would. Steve Nafaa is a sales rep that has no morals and will not honor his word. I live out of state but found a vehicle online and started chatting with Steve. We agreed on a small discount. I have a relative that lives close and he went to drive the vehicle. All was good, it was just missing floor mats. I email and say if he can include floor mats we got a deal. BEWARE! !! This dealership advertises preowned vehicles online for Thousands $$$ less than their final purchase price once you try to buy. 'Shop Costs" to bring the vehicle up to their sales standards are their excuse. Awww, think that should be added in the online price prior to listing it for sale. BEND OVER FOLKS --- TEXAS TOYOTA GOT A deal FOR YOU!!! UGH!!!
Contacted by several salespeople all stated they would not come off of MSRP.. Were not concerned that I built a Tacoma online
Buyer Beware. Cars advertised online are NOT what they offer in person. The tried to raise the price, sneak in a $900 "cleaning fee" for a car that was still dirty, post pictures and feature descriptions of the car but upon arrival the features in question were removed and they refused to reinstall them. Bought a car of a Friday, it broke on a Sunday requiring $3000+ to fix and despite a warranty I have been given the runaround and they show no willingness to help. Stay away!
Buyer Beware. If you are searching cars online not believe their prices online. We went in to see a Corolla they had listed for $18901. When we got their we were told it was an additional $2500 for their "reconditioning" fee. So almost 15% more than advertised online price. Just beware their business practices seem very shady. Walked out and bought at another dealership with out such shady practices. Bought Two Corollas from Toyota McKinney
Buyer beware ! ! dealership not open about true condition of the used vehicle purchased. I understand the risk involved in buying a used vehicle but I expect a reputable dealership to resolve reasonalble issues to at the very least pacify the customer, not the case here , after the catastrophic breakdown of the purchased vehicle only after a few months with standard everyday driving not hard or abusive. the only solution offered was to purchase another vehicle ,rollover the now very negative equity with a very hefty downpmt ... read more
Tried to charge a ‘market adjustment’ of $2500 over and above their advertised sale price on a used truck - AFTER they had accepted our offer. Thoroughly DISHONEST DEALER.
The service department is terrible. Never again will I purchase a car from here. The employees are nicer to the customer than the managers.
