This is a great company to work with. Joe Milburn helped me to understand the process every step of the way and was very patient while answering my many questions.
I admit I was skeptical going into a cash out refinance with a dotcom and I was prepared to walk away at the first whiff of anything hinky, but every step of this process reassured me. The agents I dealt with were polite and always responsive to any questions I had. The document upload process was easy and all the terms of my transaction were clearly communicated. Our experience was amazing, both Sheila and Debbie did so much for us and were always available and helpful. The sale on our current home was delayed which resulted in us almost having to redo our funding and they both got on it the day before closing and got it all ready to go! I can't praise them enough!!
