The process was frustrating for the lack of communication and follow up to my questions to Dee Weber. I asked her the same questions to her without getting answers. Just run around to find out. I continued to receive erroneous information and when I asked her she said let ask someone which I didn't get an answer. It seems she didn't know where the process progress.
