Delfino did a great job of providing options and explaining everything on our refinance. Maria helped greatly with the transition of insurance and details needed before closing. The closing was fast and easy. I really liked Rocket Mortgage, but texas Lending bear their rate, monthly payment, and was easy to work with.
Everything was easy and service was excellent.
Ours was not the normal refi, there were some unforeseen complications that we didnt find out about until Gary started the process. He was great about the whole process, made it as quick as possible. I will recommend Texas Lending to everyone.

Amazing from start to finish! My loan officer Susan Ansell got me the best rate and she busted her butt to help me figure out how to increase my score. Debbi Brown in processing was totally on top of everything and I got my documents two days before closing! Day of closing went so smoothly and they literally turned around funding authorization in 30 minutes. I will never use another mortgage lender and have no hesitation recommending them! Top rate.
