We have used Texas Lending before in refinancing our home and each time they helped us out tremendously. This last time we were able to lower our rate even more, which will save us money! My loan processor was great but almost everything else was subpar at best.
Explained everything we wanted to know. Worked to get us exactly what we were looking for. Once the process really got rolling it was seamless and easy.
Experience overall was outstanding and our mortgage rep was great. Made sure to check in regularly, provide updates. The only negative was that due to the huge number of mortgages/refinances our closing was pushed back a few times. Would certainly recommend them
