I contacted Texas Lending to see if we could refinance our home at a lower interest rate and received a quote that was more than a percentage point lower our current rate. We learned that we could safely complete the process remotely. We appreciated the low interest rate and the friendly service from the initial loan officer who worked with me initially to complete an application and collect our documents, the loan officer who prepared and wrote the application, and the notary from the Title Company who conducted the closi... read more
