Everything was done online which was a little un-nerving. A lot of personal information asked for on a whim by different persons. First call was made in July and closed in November, but wasn't in a big hurry so that was ok. Overall it was ok, but I wouldn't do it again this was. Mr. Frank was outstanding.

This by far has been the easiest and most hassle free experience we have ever had dealing with a mortgage or refinance/equity. The fast track tool keeps all parties on the same page and makes it easy for documents to be sent in. We were able to close at our house and the lady that came was more than pleasant. We are very pleased.

The Team worked diligently together to get my file up and moving. I was somewhat unhappy with the Appraisal Fee...I paid almost twice as much as actual fee....beyond that the experience was relatively seamless. The entire process took two months Frim start to finish and for that I was very pleased. Good company to reach out to if considering a ReFi.
