Huge high five to Ken Knight and Matt Bentler. They did a job beyond exceptional.; both of them were really helpful and kept us posted on every step of the financing process. Our only complaint was that our appraisal request got lost somewhere internally at Texas Lending. So instead of taking about three weeks to close, it took almost six weeks. The people from Texas Lending treated us very well, and we are very happy with the service. I have already recommended to a couple of friends!
