The process was frustrating for the lack of communication and follow up to my questions to Dee Weber. I asked her the same questions to her without getting answers. Just run around to find out. I continued to receive erroneous information and when I asked her she said let ask someone which I didn't get an answer. It seems she didn't know where the process progress. My refinance journey was great, even during COVID. Everything was physically contactless but the team kept us in the loop via phone or email. Like a lot of people, refinancing/ financing a home is scary. Adrienne was helpful from the very first phone call. That gave me the confidence to move forward.
