Excellent team. They did close the refinance loan in record time during COVID crisis with reasonable pricing and competitive rate. Very professional. There was some lack of communications but I gave some slack since it could be due to COVID and folks may not presence in office or really busy due to workload. We hit all the milestones for on time closing, so in reality it doesn't matter much in the end. I would definitely recommend them.
