Overall my experience was better than expected on every aspect of the process. Communication was Excellent. The service of my needs were taken care. All my questions were answered. The cost was more than competitive. The time from start to finish was a little more than a month, and finally, i got the lowest rate out there. Thank you.

The process was not that difficult. I like the ability to upload documents and everything visible on one application. The process took a few weeks longer than I expected and there were times when it was difficult to reach someone for answers. The communication should be improved.
