Rosa was great process was smooth except background check responses I was asked for explanations. The questions are “do you live there”. Response “no” or “yes” then explanation. The home I live in and is being refinanced was listed. I responded “yes”. It was sent back again to be filled out with explanation. IT HOUSE YOU ARE REFiNANCING! Fast and courteous as well as responsive.
Loan officer did a good job. He was a little new but really worked hard for us. He was very responsive and worked around the lack of processing proficiency. The processor was HORRIBLE! Didn’t reply in a timely manner. Didn’t seem to care . Not sure we would use Texas Lending if we got this same processor. We would likely cancel our loan.
Bryan Benitez and Kamy Penon were very helpful during the process and kept us up to date on all that was going on with the process.
Excellent they make this easy and fast. Recommend to be by a friend and I am glad I used them. You will be to if you use them!
