My Wife and I refinance our home with them we dealt with John Murphy and his team and they were outstanding! Everything was done by attaching files via email which was much easier! They kept me updated weekly by either phone calls or emails and every time my loan proceeded to the next step in the process we were notified. The process was not that difficult. I like the ability to upload documents and everything visible on one application. The process took a few weeks longer than I expected and there were times when it was difficult to reach someone for answers. The communication should be improved.
