GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. SOME GLITCHES BUT NOT BAD. COMMUNICATIONS WERE GOOD & KEPT INFORMED. AT CLOSING HAD QUESTIONS WHICH TOOK A WHILE TO GET ANSWERED. PERSON WITH TITLE COMPAY WAS ACCOMMODATING BUT NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. WOULD SUGGEST HAVING AT CLOSING WITH KNOWLEDGE RATHER THAN JUST A NOTARY.. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH TEXAS LENDING.

For the most part everything was smooth. The only issue is with the time it took to be approved and the repeated requests for docs that could have been asked for sooner which cost me about $1000 to retain my locked in rate when we went past the lock period
Even though very busy at the time, Texas Lending was able to close our loan before we left on vacation.
