Loan officer did a good job. He was a little new but really worked hard for us. He was very responsive and worked around the lack of processing proficiency. The processor was HORRIBLE! Didn’t reply in a timely manner. Didn’t seem to care . Not sure we would use Texas Lending if we got this same processor. We would likely cancel our loan.

Gary took care of all the details - from the initial contact with wonderful rates to the closer showing up to my house for document signing. Painless and seamless. Plus - in the process rates dropped again and we closed with a better rate than we started with! Gary and his team are the best!

I have worked with several loan companies over the years and Texas Lending has been my best experience by far. Susan was extremely efficient and professional. She made time to always take time to answer all of my questions which sometimes must have sounded pretty dumb. She knew how to handle problems that came up. It was a joy to work with her. My processor, Debbie was great also. What I said about Susan I also say about Debbie. Thank you ladies for doing such a great job under the most difficult circumstances.
