This was my first refinance experience; so I had a lot of questions and concerns. I had everything explained clearly and professionally by my loan officer and point of contact. They were always available and very happy to help. Dee and Robin were awesome!

55 years I have worked in Public Accounting so I think I can recognize superior service. Peggy Loar is the best Real-estate loan officer I have worked with and includes a munch of good ones making that statement. Her expertise in reverse mortgages would not have happened for me had it not been her expertise.
