I have refinanced multiple times now with Texas Lending & my wife and I keep returning because of the tremendous customer service and outstanding support- Brian Vander Platts answers all our questions with patience and is so responsive and helpful in the entire process. We will be back again- especially if the rates keep dropping!!

Everything went really smooth, Dee made sure that everything that was needed was explained to me so I could provide the correct documentation. She also assisted me by keep my closing cost low, buy letting me provide a survey that I had on file and explaining in my situation that I did not to ha e an appraisal done. I refinanced to a 20 year mortgage, which save me a good chunk chunk of money over the long run.
