My experience with Texas Lending had it's ups and down. The cost versus other lenders were very comparable, and it was nice to have a couple of fees waived. However my main point of contact was late on some responses, and totally ignored my last email. I also felt like I didn't get the opportunity to put down as much cash as I wanted. Fees also changed on the night before closing and no one explained why.

Although the closing took a bit longer than normal due to these Covid times, the rest of the experience was really easy. This was a cash out refinance to pay off my credit card debt that was accrued while caring for a loved one with cancer, followed by an emergency plumbing bill in the 10's of thousands. This loan helped me get back square with all my debtors while putting extra funds in my bank account for life's next emergency. Many Thanks to William for helping me with this.
