Ken Knight was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Texas Mortgage laws and rules. He had an option for me that no one else had, and I shopped! He assisted me through the entire process even when his part was complete. He was always available for questions or concerns. It was seamless, all done online and available via phone. Kept in contact to let me know the status. It was also done quickly. I couldn't have asked for more support or a company with better knowledge about the mortgage process in Texas! It was ok it took longer than I thought it would. Hard to get in touch with the persons we were dealing with. Several times left message no return call. Extremely a lot of paper work to sign. Had trouble getting the cash out into my account they had to manually send it

Very easy process. Chris and Kami were great to work with. I have told all my co-workers they should give Texas Lending a call and refinance. Rates are really low.
