Would like to thank Chris Johnson and all who worked on our cash out refinance. I had talked with a number of other lenders but really liked the way in which Chris and Texas Lending worked with my wife and I. Any issue that came up was quickly dealt with and our loan from start to finish closed in less than a month. I also lowered my now loan from a 30 year to a 20 year and in the process saved around $20,000.00 in interest over the life of the loan. Thanks for all the hard work and support. Stanley F

Constantly in communication with us, letting us know what was going to come next, and thoroughly explaining our options without being pushy.
