Al Young was our main point of contact and he was beyond helpful. Constantly in communication with us, letting us know what was going to come next, and thoroughly explaining our options without being pushy. He is very knowledgeable and did everything to get us the best rate and what we were looking to accomplish. Everyone we worked with along with Al was great as well. Refinancing online is very convenient, but also a bit daunting for someone who is not used to doing things without meeting the people you are trusting sensitive info with. Bryan B. made me feel the most comfortable out of 4 companies I interviewed.He did everything he said he would, and did it in a timely manner. He never acted like my questions were dumb and was excellent at explaining things. The whole process was as painless as something as tedious as that can be.I would recommend Texas Lending.
