This the second refi I have done with your company. This one was much more problematic to say the least. Brian Vander Pleets was my contact. I do not believe that he was the issue. I believe the issue is with the him having to go through processors. There was a brake down in the communication of what I wanted to do with this refi. I believe that if he was able to do the whole process it would have went off without much problems. Don't tell me you will close in three weeks and then take 60 days. I was not in that big a hurry but.... I sent you all the information you needed from me before the confirmation to proceed was signed. title/closing company ready to go. the only thing left was the appraisal/inspection.
