Susan Ancell and Diana Dunn were great to work with, and the entire process using TexasLending.com was smooth and managed almost completely online (which I love). Would definitely recommend. The only advice/criticism I would give is to remind that even though you guys deal with real estate deals, mortgages, and transactions involving large sums of money on a daily basis, most of us do not. Even though Tu and Kara have many customers, they were always concerned and caring throughout the process. They always took my call and immediately addressed any questions or concerns.
