Everything went good. It was a quick, smooth transaction. My only complaint was that I wanted to get $5,000 back I got $3900, even tho I had more than enough equity. But I would use Texas Lending again.
Brenn Miller and Heather Parker were very professional and a pleasure to work with during this process. The loan closed within a month of us starting the process. I will recommend Brenn and Heather to my friends when they need to redo their loan
