Susan Ancell and Diana Dunn were great to work with, and the entire process using TexasLending.com was smooth and managed almost completely online (which I love). Would definitely recommend. The only advice/criticism I would give is to remind that even though you guys deal with real estate deals, mortgages, and transactions involving large sums of money on a daily basis, most of us do not.
