Very good customer service. Everyone was responsive to every call or email. Only issie was with the title company holding the funds longer than initially promised.
The initial process to get started was seamless and efficient. I was always aware of the next steps or action items and what to expect. I worked with Victor Contreras and Diana Dunn and they were excellent at their jobs. I’ve honestly not been impressed by great service in a long time.
