John Giles and Sharon were excellent at helping us navigate through the entire process! They helped us to meet the milestones and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and appreciate all the feedback they provided us. The app was easy to use and uploading our documents was a breeze. The app kept everything organized and provided feedback whenever things were accepted. We instantly knew where we were in the process.
My experience was excellent, communication was rapid and constant all the way through. Worked to get me the best rate. The closer, she never complained, always friendly and professional while she worked through all the various issues. I have obtained many mortgages and never had a better experience, recommend them to family and friends.
We were very pleased with our loan process. It was painless and quick. Everything was done digitally and the entire process took about 2 weeks total. We would get everything through email with very clear instructions on how to fill out paper work. In total we spent maybe 1-2 hours filling out and sending the requested documents. We’ve closed on many properties in our lifetime, and this closing was unbelievably easy. They were very professional, but at the same time, very friendly.
Did a cash out refi with Gary. The process was smooth and simple....almost too smooth! Easiest mortgage I have ever gotten in my life. I expect to buy a new house in a few years and plan on coming back to Texas Lending for my next mortgage!
