All round bad experience. Service terrible and rude, there was one waitress on duty and she was doing everything - front of house, table service, I wouldn't be surprised if she was doing the cooking as well based on how awful the main was. The first course was fine, it was soup, so not much to go wrong. The main courses we had all came cold. They had no record of our Opentable booking but it was early so we did get a table.
Food ok. Very noisy place. Terrible service, very slow. It took us 3 hours to eat. Just not enough waiters for the number of tables.
I have dined here many times but this was not up to the usual standard. service was poor and we waited some time for our food which was cold and I had ask for it to taken back and bring hot food. They took the curry’s and left the rice so when the new curry’s arrived I had to ask for warm rice !!! There were a number of tables complaining of poor service so I would suggest you go elsewhere.
Starter portion size for 2 people, was really only enough for 1. Vegetarian selection was OK, and flavour was pretty good. Ambience and service was excellent
appalling service, really hard to get a waiters attention. Spent nearly £200.00 for a special evening out and it was not worth that kind of money at all!
Poor service, terrable food and all round poor experience. Avoid
Last minute booking before a show. Would have been so much better if they served good rice. I had to slice mine with a knife it was so hard and overcooked. Sticky rice and boiled rice both bad. We were first in at 5.30 so seems strange not to have fresh rice.
Gotten order wrong and then the chicken in curry and sate was overcooked and dry. Not very nice.
