Suitable for lunch but to quiet for the evening food very average
Good from covid point of view, not too busy and airy space. But waiter so disengaged and 'flat' that I ended up speculating on his mental health. Squid starter (salt and pepper deep fried} reminded me of "sratchings' you used to get from the chippie when I was a boy. Mains were average but the prices aren't in central London. No incentive to go back. Several small family run Thai places in my local Borough. Should have gone to one of those, for a warm welcome, a smile, and food with a bit of passion thrown in.
Cold food being served from the kitchen and 2 servers being rushed. No server checks on quality of food with customer due to lack of staff. Very poor
The food was fine but the service and overall atmosphere wasn't great. There was no coffee available and we weren't offered a desert menu. I wouldn't book into this Thai Sqiare again.
The table was very sticky. I ordered 2 of the same cocktails and got 2 completely different drinks. The food was ok but not worth the price in my opinion. The place seemed understaffed and the service wasn’t great. There is a very loud karaoke bar through some doors which looks like a great time. I went there afterwards to order a couple of shots and the drinks never came.
Booked this restaurant via Open Table for 4 people on a Monday night. Booking was confirmed, and I also received a text for me to confirm we were definitely coming. The restaurant was shut. (It's closed on Mondays). Fortunately there's a lovely Indian restaurant nearby!
Lovely restaurant but whenever the back door opened the loud music from the club area spoilt the whole ambience when you're trying to have a conversation...was very very off putting...
The service was awful
The food is very poor here. I went to a different branch and the food was completely different, a lot nicer. Don’t waste your time at this branch. Staff are rude and the food isn’t up to a high standard at all.
